One-Pan Sausage & Roasted Veggies
Prep Time: 10-15 mins Cook Time: 25-30 mins Total Time: 35-45 mins
Ingredients:
2 pkgs Breakaway Farms Smoked Sausage of your choice; Smokehouse Sausage, Kielbasa, Andouille (mild spice), or Jalapeno & Cheddar (spicy)
3lbs red potatoes
vegetable of your choice (our favorites are broccoli, green beans, brussels sprouts, carrots, or mushrooms)
2 large yellow onions
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut sausage into 1/2-inch slices
Cut potatoes into bite-sized wedges
Slice onions into quarters and then quarter those sections
Prep choice vegetable and toss with potatoes, and onions blending with extra virgin olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt & pepper
Spread sausage, potatoes vegetables evenly on a sheet pan
Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown
