Ham & Egg Casserole

There are endless possibilities with this recipe! If you have leftovers like broccoli, asparagus, spinach, peppers, or other items that would pair well with ham, they will work well in this recipe! Get creative! :)

Ingredients

  • 10 large Breakaway Farms, Free-Range Eggs

  • 1 1/2 c. milk

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • Sea salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 4 c. cubed French bread or baguette (this is another great way to use leftover bread/ rolls!)

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1/2 lb. Breakaway Farms Ham, chopped

  • 2 c. shredded white cheddar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and garlic powder and season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Butter a 9"-x-13" baking dish.

  3. Add bread and top with onion, ham, and 1 ½ c. cheddar. Pour the egg mixture over your other ingredients.

  4. Bake until eggs are cooked through and ham is golden, 45 to 55 minutes. Remove from oven.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and let rest for 5 minutes. Cut & serve
